Damages and issues

Immediately contact us upon inspecting your order, if any product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue and make it right.

Shipping & Processing Time

We carry most items in our daily inventory so we can ship your items without delay. On an average, after purchasing successfully orders will be shipping 2 business-days of receipt of your order. Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will ship out Monday. (Our shipping department is closed on weekends & major US holidays.)

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you as long as it is in the original condition within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be received in a new, unworn state. Please note that we have the right to deny a return if the item is worn or damaged.

Exchanges

Please be sure to review your cart before checking out, to ensure you've selected the correct item and option best fit for your needs. Despite that, our exchange policy is final. We would like to ensure each customer receives a brand new item while protecting our selves and future customers, therefore we do not allow exchanges.
